The bear was sacred to Odin. As well, the term berserker comes from the old Norse words ber-serker which means bear-shirt or bare-chested, men who fought in a frenzy and without armor.

Material: Solid twisted bronze (or silver) with solid bronze (or silver) bear heads.
Neck Circumference* Sizes Available: 13" (33cm) through 21.5" (55cm)

* The proper way to measure is the actual circumference of your neck. The silversmith will then size the length of the torc and the opening of the torc based on that circumference.

All I can say is: it is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! My husband loves his new Berserker Bear torc in Bronze! It is very well made, solid (just pliable enough to get a good fit), and simply gorgeous. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to be made but I am not the most patient person out there (truly I'm not patient at all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but I try not to be an a$$ about it). We ordered the torc on October 9th & received it on December 20th. It is a custom piece that Tina & Kurt answered our plethora of emails checking the status (I lost count but they were both patient and understanding). I knew it was going to be awhile to make when we ordered it (between being custom and the holidays) but I didn't think it would take 10 weeks from order placement until arrival. Now that we have it, I can say: yes it absolutely 100% unequivocally was worth the wait!!! Just try not to drive Tina & Kurt crazy (like I am sure my husband and I did--sorry!)
