Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your purchase? Need a different size?
Simply ship the item to our **Norfolk address listed below** within **30 days** of receiving your order, and we will be glad to offer you one of the following options:
1. A one-time size exchange (based on availability).
2. An exchange for a different item of your choice of equal value.
3. A refund for the item price (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
**Exceptions:**
* Items specifically marked as a **“Custom Order”** (noted in the product description) will incur a **15% restocking fee** if returned.
* Purchases made at our **physical storefront in Norfolk, Virginia** are eligible for **exchanges only** (size exchange or an item of equal value).
**Clothing Returns:**
* Clothing items are eligible only for **size exchanges**.
* They must be returned in original condition (like new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) within **3 business days** of receiving your order.
**Return Instructions:**
Please include a note with your return that has your order number (SOV####) and clearly indicates whether you prefer a replacement, size exchange, different item of equal value, or refund.
We strongly recommend requesting a tracking link when sending back a return, as we cannot be responsible for items not received.

Missing or Stolen Packages
We want every order to reach you safely! Once a package has been marked *“Delivered”* by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL it means the carrier has completed its delivery. At that point, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If your package seems to be missing, here are a few steps that often help:
* Double-check with neighbors, family members, or your building’s office.
* Look around porches, garages, and side doors where carriers sometimes leave packages.
* Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number—they can often help track it down or start a claim.
We know how frustrating porch theft can be, and while we can’t replace stolen packages, we’re happy to guide you through the claim process with the carrier
Size Exchanges for International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please note that **all shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.** This includes situations where:
* The wrong size was ordered, or
* An incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout.
In these cases, the customer will need to cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back out for a second delivery.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
Please be aware that your order may be subject to **import duties, customs fees, or local taxes** charged by your government when the package arrives in your country.
Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not have control over the amounts or policies set by your local customs office. For the most accurate information, we recommend checking with your country’s customs authority before placing your order.
