Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your purchase or need a different size?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery to the address listed below.
You may choose one of the following options:

One-time size exchange (based on availability)

Exchange for a different item of equal value

Refund of the item price (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged). Items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Clothing Returns
Clothing items are eligible for size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering, as sizing may vary between manufacturers.
Exceptions
• Items marked as Custom Order may incur a 15% restocking fee if returned.
• Purchases made at our physical storefront in Norfolk, Virginia are eligible for exchanges only.

We strongly recommend using tracking when sending a return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Missing or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked Delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, the shipping carrier has completed delivery.
If your package appears to be missing:
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Look around porches, garages, or side doors
• Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to report the issue or start a claim
While we cannot be responsible for packages once they have been marked delivered, we are happy to help guide you through the claim process if needed.
International Exchanges
For customers outside the United States, all shipping costs related to exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
This includes situations where:
• The wrong size was ordered
• An incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
Import Duties & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your government when the package arrives.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
