We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and sizing as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, or manufacturing differences.

Sons of Vikings reserves the right to:

  • limit quantities

  • discontinue products

  • refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods offered at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Sons of Vikings reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale abuse.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally.

Shipping delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sons of Vikings is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Sons of Vikings is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package from the carrier or customs authority, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sons of Vikings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package appears to be missing after delivery, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, or their local carrier before contacting us.

We will reasonably assist with providing shipment documentation if needed for carrier claims.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Clothing and Wearable Accessories

Clothing and wearable accessories, including but not limited to:

  • shirts

  • jackets

  • cloaks

  • belts

  • belt bags

  • shoes or boots

  • hats

  • similar apparel items

may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Returned clothing must be in the same condition in which it was received and suitable for resale.

Condition of Returned Apparel

Returned clothing and wearable accessories must be clean, unworn, and in resellable condition.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept apparel that shows signs of wear or contamination. Returns may be refused if items contain:

  • odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume, or strong household smells

  • excessive pet hair or animal dander

  • stains, deodorant marks, or visible wear

  • evidence of washing, alteration, or prolonged use

Items returned in unsellable condition may be denied a refund and returned to the customer at their expense.

Other Merchandise

All other merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • clearance or final sale items

  • worn or damaged items

  • custom or personalized products

  • items returned outside the applicable return window

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Sons of Vikings reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund.
