How long does shipping take within the United States?

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically arrives within 7–21 business days.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

Faster DHL and UPS express shipping options are also available during checkout.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Orders containing multiple items may ship from different suppliers or warehouses.

Because of this, items may arrive in separate shipments and at different times.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

I need a different size. What should I do?

Most items are eligible for size exchanges within 30 days.

Clothing items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a size exchange.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering, as sizing may vary between manufacturers.

I am not happy with my purchase. What can I do?

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

We offer a 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund (minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee).

Clothing items are eligible for size exchanges only.

Are your precious metals solid or plated?

Most of our brass, bronze, sterling silver, and gold jewelry is solid.

Any plated items are clearly marked in the product description.
