A symbol strongly associated with Odin and the fallen warriors, frequently appearing in Viking Age funerary contexts. While the original name is unknown, the modern term Valknut translates roughly to “knot of the slain.” Featuring the Thor's hammer (mjolnir) symbol on the sides.
